Shine a Light on Lead

Do you think a favorite cup, dish or toy may have lead?

Bring your item(s) to the library for surface testing with Lumitallix, a liquid that glows under UV light when it comes into contact with lead. Learn more about Lumitallix here and here. Lumitallix works best with hard surfaces and is not recomended for cloth items. 

Registration is not required and participants may stop by anytime during the programs duration. Testing will be done on a first come, first serve basis until the Lumitallix solution is gone.
