The Community Care Connection (Coach) from Rosalind Franklin University Health Clinics will be here to offer free heart health screenings from 10 am to 1 pm

Screenings include:
• Blood pressure
• Blood sugar/diabetes
• Cholesterol
• BMI (body mass index).

COVID vaccinations will also be offered when available. They will take the last patient 15 minutes before the close, if space is still available.

El Community Care Connection (Coach) de las Clínicas de Salud de la Universidad Rosalind Franklin estará aquí para ofrecer exámenes gratuitos de salud del corazón de 10 am a 1 pm.

Los exámenes incluyen:
• Presión arterial,
• Azúcar en la sangre/diabetes,
• Colesterol
• IMC (índice de masa corporal).

También se ofrecerán vacunas COVID cuando estén disponibles. Tomarán al último paciente 15 minutos antes del cierre, si aún hay espacio disponible.
